{ Love is in the Air }

Although I love photographing babies, kids, and families...I have recently found a new love...couples.

This couple recently got engaged, and wanted some portraits to use for save the date cards!

I had so much fun trying new things, and although I am sure they thought I was crazy, their images turned out great, and they loved them all!

Congrats on your engagement W & M!

{ Fun at the Park! }

Baby 'S' is now 9 months old...I had the privledge of photographing her as a newborn and 6 months, and its been fun watching her grow!

I met 'S', and of course mom and dad, at the park. It was a georgeous day and 'S' was ready to have some fun, and explore. She crawled, she sat, she ate dandelions...it was a fun day!

{ Introducing...Baby 'Q' }

Baby 'Q' was only about a week old for his session...it was perfect!! He slept pretty much the entire time, with the exception of a little bottle towards the end, and Big Brother 'O' was so calm, gentle and loving...these images are some of my favorite sibling shots ever :)

Congrats Mom and Dad, I can't wait to see you all again soon!

{ 6 Months Old, What a Great Age! }

If you have or have ever had a baby, you know how much fun they are between 6-12 months old! They are smiling and developing a sense of humor...they are curious...they make the cutest faces...the list goes on and on...

Here are some recent 6 month sessions, Baby 'S' had his session outside on the rooftop of the MMoCA on State St., he loved exploring the grass and showing off his sitting skills.

I met Baby 'C' at her house, and we set up in front of a window...she had the prettiest eyes, and the tutu skirt Grandma had gotten her was perfect for her session.

And finally, Baby 'C' with his cute little posing/hugging his blanket...it doesn't get any cuter than this!

{ Hakuna Matata! }

Well, after a long few days of packing boxes, we treated ourselves to a little break and saw the The Lion King...IT WAS FANTASTIC!!

My son was in awe, infact it took him all that evening to process it, and then the next day, all we heard about was how much he liked it, and how he wants to see it again. He was even playing "The Lion King" with his little sister.

My husband and I enjoyed the mental break from thinking about packing, but as soon as the show was over reality hit, and we were once again floating in a never-ending sea of boxes.

This will be my last post until later this week, as I will be without my computer for a few days..AHHHHHH! What will I do?! If you need to contact me, please still feel free to email, it may just take slightly longer to get back to you. If you need to contact me right away, please give me a call at 843-7703, leave a message, and I will return your call as soon as I have a free moment. Thanks for understaning!

{ Little Princess and her younger Prince Brother }

What could be more cute than this little princess sitting by the window, in her ballet outfit holding her heart shaped lollipop? Nothing!
I could not have set this shot up, even if I had tried...sometimes timing and luck have everything to do with a great portrait, and both were on my side for this beautiful image. Little 'T' was the typical 2 year old, she wanted to run around in her tutu, and not listen to her mommy :)

After a little coaxing, patience, (and a lollipop), she settled down and we got some great shots. (This image was taken after I told her we were all done).

Her little brother was also a little performer...with his big, bright eyes, and loads of smiles, he will break some hearts someday, thats for sure. These two were so much fun, I didn't want to leave!

*Side-note - Seeing as how it is Teacher Appreciation Week...here is a shout out to their mom, a teacher, and all the wonderful people who dedicate their lives to teaching, nuturing, and caring for all of our children!
